It already looks like Anthony Edwards and Jonathan Kuminga will go along just fine.
Kuminga arrived in Minneapolis on Monday to officially start his new chapter with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He said he was excited to go to work and meet his new teammates.
On Tuesday, the 23-year-old forward was in the team’s practice facility, and Edwards immediately got excited—and explicit—upon seeing him.

“Ya’ll see what’s going on. This s*** is over, man. Wrap this s*** up. This s*** is over this year, man,” said the four-time All-Star.

The 25-year-old Edwards helped recruit Kuminga to the Timberwolves, knowing that the high-leaping forward can provide two-way impact. Many believe that Kuminga’s full potential will be on display in Minnesota.
Fans were as excited as Edwards for the wholesome moment.

Aside from Edwards’ warm reception, Kuminga will also feel welcome in his reunion with Donte DiVincenzo, whom he played with for one season on the Golden State Warriors.
Kuminga will likely come off the bench as the sixth man, providing instant offense and improved defense.
