At least one dead after vehicle explodes on busy street in Ecuador

At least one person was killed and several others injured after a vehicle exploded outside a shopping center in Ecuador’s largest city of Guayaquil. Guaya Governor Humberto Plaza described the incident “terrorism” after a similar explosion outside the city’s regional jail last month.
